I would suggest you go to a website like pcpartpicker . com. Your question is more complicated than you are giving it credit. I think you need to think of possible system limitation issues caused by your case design (and the sheerdimensions of the card) as well as the power supply required. I also think you need to consider if you are getting the benefits of the card by plugging into a PCIe 3 slot (your motherboard does not have any PCIe 4 slots). That being said, since PCIe 4 is backwards compatible with PCIe 3, technically your motherboard (with PCIe 3 slots) and the video card itself (which is a PCIe 4 card) are compatible.
