• A:Answer 8th Gen is almost 6 years old now, and if your 650W PSU is same vintage then this may be a good opportunity to upgrade it to a new 750W model. If your 650W unit is less than 4 years old and certified 80 plus Gold or better, then it's probably fine as long as you're not overclocking.

Q: QuestionLooking to upgrade my GPU from a GEFORCE GTX 1080 to RTX 4070, 4070ti, 4080 or 4090. Already have a 1200w PSU so I’m curious if I’m able to plug n play or are there other modifications I need to do? Also, do the 40 series cards all use 8 pin connectors?

• A:Answer The RTX 4070 TI VENTUS 3X 12G OC requires the usage of the 12vhpwr adapter that is included with the graphics card if your power supply does not natively support PCI-E 5/ 12vhpwr connectors. The adapter itself uses two PCI-E power connectors.
