“The card adds to the cart, has me sign in, and then tells me that it's "not available within 250 miles" of my selected stores. If I can add it to the cart, then why can't I have it sent to one of the local stores? This happens with every 4090.”

Because Best Buy is a dang JOKE!!!!! It has happened to me all day, when I am already logged in. FIX YOUR STUFF!!!!!
