No just use the HDMI you have, ensure it's secured. Display Port is for high refresh capable PC's, as is this monitor. If it's not too late, I'd recommend downgrading. This monitor is overkill for a console. You're just not able to take advantage of the vast majority of its features. You're paying for nothing. Monitors at half this price would be MORE than enough.
