• Yes. It has 2 HDMI ports. One v1.4 capable of up to 144Hz, and the other is v2.0b capable of up to 165Hz.

• Yes, it has HDMI I believe hdmi has limitations on the refresh rate it can support. Look in the specs, I belive it's HDMI 2 0
