You’ll just have to navigate through the built-in menus of the monitor using its little joystick nub to set the refresh rate lower to 120 hz to prevent any jitter or screen-tearing. Whether or not your Xbox can manage to keep a perfect 120 fps in any game is a different issue entirely and has nothing to do with your monitor/TV. As per viewsonic.com: “Frame rate is produced by a combination of your graphics card and your processor [your Xbox’s computations], so it is essentially the number of frames a system [your Xbox] is able to produce in a second, whereas refresh rate is the rate at which a monitor is able to completely refresh its display.”
