• Hello Mindyou2025 - there are a few of things you can try if you aren't able to get 120hz. 1. validate you are using an HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort cable, older cables may not support the bandwidth needed for 120hz. 2. Ensure you have the latest graphics drivers from your computers OEM. 3. validate you have the correct settings to support 120hz on the monitor using the on screen display menu.
