• No. It only says, "Windows 11 Home" in the Specifications-->Compatibility-->Operating System section to fool the idiots out there. Good catch!

• Cynthia will probably never see this answer, since she placed her question in the Answer field of a SEPARATE question, and she therefore will not receive the customary email informing her of an answer. That said: Windows Hello works with computers that either have fingerprint readers or cameras with IR capability. If this PC has neither of these, one can buy a separate print reader or camera that will then allow the use of this extra MS security layer.
