Can the wifi card be updates to wifi7? null

WiFi 6 is quoted, but WiFi 7 is probably possible. Usually on computers, there is a card attached to the MOBO through a NVMe connector. You can certainly get a USB adapter for WiFi 7.

The Vector 16HX AI is equipped with a WiFi7 adapter.
