• Thunderbolt 5 standards: 1. 80 Gbps bidirectional bandwidth (double Thunderbolt 4) standard up to 120Gbps; 2. 120 Gbps "Bandwidth Boost" for high-resolution displays, it supports multiple 8K displays or up to three 4K/144Hz displays; 3. 140W+ charging and up to 240W power delivery for charging laptops and powering accessories; 4. Improved data transfer speeds for peripherals using USB-C; 5. Backward Compatibility: Works with Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, and USB4. These are the STANDARDS for Thunderbolt 5; USB-C ports that do not meet these standards could not be certified Thunderbolt 5.
