The Vector 16HX AI has the Office 365 applications pre installed but will require a license for you to use.

Pretty much every MS computer will give you a fully featured MS 365 suite free for 30 days, or you can download it. There are also a number of alternatives with fewer features at different price points, including free. Or you could install the fully functional, and always free, Kingsoft Suite.
