• Yes it does this was one of the MAIN reasons i bought it win10 pro ... I dislike win11

• Yes it comes with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, as this laptop qualifies for the free upgrade.
