• You would get a partial refund depending on when you cancel it. If its too close to the renewal date then no a refund is not available. But a week after getting it yes.

• Yes, and I highly recomend that you do cancel. Until they can fix thier customer service, horrible shipping delays, and lame "deals" its not worth it.
