How do I stop the auto renewal? null

Call up the number on your card or statement

You have to call customer service. They dont honir what they say when they get you to buy. After 3 people andcalls i finally got someone to help.

LET THEM KNOW YOU'RE UNSUBSCRIBING BEFORE RENEWAL.

Hey there MR, we can understand why you’d want to turn off auto‑renewal, the easiest way would be to reach out to your Social Media Team and they can help. Just reach out on Facebook (facebook.com/BestBuy), Twitter/X (@BestBuySupport), or Instagram (@BestBuy) and mention it’s in response to your My Best Buy review so they can assist you with the process.
