How do I cancel my membership? null

On 1/16/2024 I cancelled my membership plan of $189.00 with a chat with Kusuma. He said that my membership would be cancelled, and sent me a transcript of the cancellation. However, my visa card has been charged. Kusuma saId that it would take 24 hours to credit the charge back to my credit card. As of today, 1/20, the charge is still on my visa, When can I expect a refund to my Visa card.

I was notified of a renewal of membership i know nothing about and that i have 24 hours to cancel To prevent charge. The phone number does not answer. How do i cancel?

I have tried to cancel this membership over and over and it doesn't work. My account was just charged this morning.In Best Buy is telling me that their business office is not open even though it is 830.How'd I get this canceled?Somebody help

Be very careful*** Best Buy will make it near impossible for you to figure out how to cancel your membership. Its designed to keep charging you! I called they were closed, I went into the Store, they couldn't help me I went online so subscription was found, yet I just got charged 179.99!

I tried but could not figure out how to cancel my Best Buy membership. I also have no idea how I ever got enrolled in the first place. However it happened, it was a scam. The minute the charges hit my credit card, I reported it to my bank as fraudulent. They immediately deleted it. Best Buy didn’t make a peep

Cancel This today and replace the 53.14 to my account

Membership is no longer needed.

I am wanting to cancel my membership. We have never used it and it is a waste of money

They are not going to pro-rated it and pay you back a part of your $50. Just let it expire notifying them you don't wish to renew.
