On 1/16/2024 I cancelled my membership plan of $189.00 with a chat with Kusuma. He said that my membership would be cancelled, and sent me a transcript of the cancellation. However, my visa card has been charged. Kusuma saId that it would take 24 hours to credit the charge back to my credit card. As of today, 1/20, the charge is still on my visa, When can I expect a refund to my Visa card.

I called they were closed, I went into the Store, they couldn't help me I went online so subscription was found, yet I just got charged 179.99!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried but could not figure out how to cancel my Best Buy membership. I also have no idea how I ever got enrolled in the first place. However it happened, it was a scam. The minute the charges hit my credit card, I reported it to my bank as fraudulent. They immediately deleted it. Best Buy didn’t make a peep
