It actually won't allow you in the app. You can click on cancel membership and it makes you either chat (17 min wait, plus longer as I was "next in line" for ages as well) or call and talk to someone. Just another business requiring auto-renew and obstacles for cancelation in order to put their bottom line above the customers needs.

I believe that you need to go to your Best Buy account and look for membership and subscription and cancel there. I believe if you cancel it early you get a prorated amount back on your credit card.

You can cancel it by going into the app and doing it or going into the store and asking them to cancel it
