no I recently bought a MacBook m3max and the price was 3500 when I bought it Best Buy then had a sale themselves on the item for 2999 I the requested the price match and was told that it was eligible then when he put it through they said we weren't able to process it makes no sense lol the MacBook see was on your own. website and you won't honor it rediculous
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found that Best Buy will honor a new price when the new price is lower after all discounts were previously taken on original purchase price.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy will not Price Match their own prices. Best Buy did not honor their own Totaltech price drop that occurred within 60 days of my purchase. I spend the better part of an hour with BBY agents. I was told the the price was back to $119 so it was not eligible. What? I was trying to explain that I was looking at my Totaltech offer of $89.99. I paid $105.99. In march. Even the Price Match box in my order details was showing a Price Match. Then during the chat the conection with the agent was suddenly 'interrupted' and lost. The agent on the phone was equally unhelpful and just reiterated what the chat agent had said. I suppose if you find a lower BBY Totaltech price offer within 60 days, pack it up and exercise the option to return it for a refund and repurchase it at the lower price. You would think being a Totaltech customer for almost a decade would matter, but apparently it doesn't.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought a Panasonic Blu-Ray/DVD player on April 24, 2025 for $499.99. 17 days later I saw the exact same unit on both B&H and Amazon for $384.99. I contacted Best Buy using the online chat and worked with a live agent who was extremely cooperative and helpful. After verifying the B&H and Amazon pricing, he said that Best Buy would honor the lower price and had the difference refunded to the credit card that I used for the purchase. Couldn't be happier with the way Best Buy handled the issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes they well honor that price if it drops
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I believe they will. They have to look up the item on the website you found to confirm it first. They won't price match unless it's a brick and mortar company or sold by Amaz*n. Other than that there is no problem that I've had!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No they do not- I'm a best buy plus member. I saw a $290 price drop on the best buy laptop I bought three weeks before so I was still within the 2 month limit. I was told to call best buy to do price matches last time I was in store so that's what I did- except I'm on the phone for two hours and am hung up on twice! Eventually I have an agent accept my request and confirm that the price match went through, she says the money will show up in my accpunt in 7-10 business days. However, I get an email two days later saying I need to go in store to do the price match (but the price has gone up by now). I still have another month to go in my return window so I'm going in to see if Best Buy will honor my original price match request so I'll update this depending on how it goes. Right now it's looking like Best Buy does everything in its power to avoid price match requests and makes the process as difficult and long as it can to hopefully make you miss the chance to return the item and buy it at the new price. It's frustrating and frankly I feel lied to since when you go in, the employees tell you to sign up for the membership so you can price match when deals become available (in my case I was told black friday deals were coming up).
