My Best Buy Plus does not include 24/7 Tech Support. You would need to purchase My Best Buy Total for 24/7 Tech Support, which covers the software of the product. My Best Buy Plus also does not include Best Buy Protection plans, and you would also need to step up to the My Best Buy Total membership for that as well.
