As part of how the My Best Buy Total™ membership functions, such as offering up to 2 years of protection on qualifying purchases, so long as you stay a member, we do not offer the ability to disable auto-renewal on the membership. We will notify you typically 30 days prior to renewal if you wish to cancel at that time. Additionally, we do offer the ability to cancel the membership after renewal, for either a full refund or prorated refund, depending on certain criteria.
