This can be done however, by logging into our website and visiting the Plans and Subscriptions section (https://www.bestbuy.com/services/planlist). Please know that by cancelling your membership, this will also cancel any Best Buy Protection plans that you may have received through your membership (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/best-buy-membership/best-buy-protection/pcmcat1608643232014.c?id=pcmcat1608643232014).
