• Yes, they send an email saying when the renewal is. Card on file is charged.

• Yes! When registering your My Best Buy Total, you place a method of payment onto your account, so your membership can continue uninterrupted. For customers with the Total membership, if they canceled or ended their plan, they would lose the benefits from their membership, including any protection plans on products they received through their membership.
