Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To cancel a Geek Squad subscription, you go to the "Plans and Subscriptions" page accessible from the drop down menu when you click on your name. (Top right-hand corner on desktop, bottom right-hand corner on mobile app), From there you can scroll through your subscriptions until you find it and cancel it from there. To cancel an appointment, use this link https://www.bestbuy.com/services/triage/modify and enter in your confirmation number to view/reschedule, or see appointment details. :)
