You should be able to cancel this by logging into our BestBuy.com website and visiting the Plans and Subscriptions section (https://www.bestbuy.com/services/planlist). Please note by doing so, any associated Best Buy Protection plans received as a benefit of the membership, will also be cancelled, in addition to losing access to the other membership benefits (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/best-buy-membership/best-buy-membership-total/pcmcat1629315977983.c?id=pcmcat1629315977983).
