How do I cancel the auto renew? null

The response from Best Buy is just a corporate response that didn’t even answer the question. Looks like you have to call the number to actually cancel auto renewal which will most likely give you just as much of a runaround as you got on the website. I’ll probably cancel my card cause I had the same issue with Petsmart. Good luck!

Same thing happened to me! They keep charging me to auto renew on an EXPIRED card. Which activates an old credit card I don't use. When I call to turn autopay off they say I have to cancel my membership effective that day...but they won't refund me moy money.

You can't disable auto-renewal online. It's a tactic taken by companies to boost their subscription numbers. I wonder how much money they rake in from people who can't be bothered to log in to cancel a membership they probably weren't aware was setup to auto-renew for a year. Shady. I canceled mine because the perks aren't worth the phone call.

Also, the Totaltech disclosure section on www.bestbuy.com/totaltech states that your membership renews automatically each year and your chosen card will be charged $199.99, or the then-current price, plus tax, on your yearly renewal date unless you cancel before then. You can manage your subscription at any time by calling (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289 or by managing subscriptions on your BestBuy.com account.
