Information is needed. You never gave which iPhone you have. This is self answering if you know how big the battery is on your phone. Look it up online. If it is 4000mAh, then you can recharge about 5 times. mAh add up, like pounds. Divide 20,000 by how ever large the mAh is on your device. There is always loss through heat, so you will never get the actual numbers in the specs.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to charge my phone 4 times off of one charge.. on a samsung phone.. i know it isn't a iPhone but hope it helps you out.. not sure on waterproof haven't tested that out, but they do claim that it is!!!
