- Answer When it fully charges ALL lights will be on. If it takes more than 5 hours for the lights to come on, you have a defective unit.

- Answer Mine lasts for weeks if I don’t use it. I know it wasn’t fully charged when I bought it but it still charged my phone then other things. I charged it and it was ready when I needed it.

- Answer Same here, I think it’s the cable that gets worned out and stops working. I use the USB port on battery and connect my own cable to charge and it works as new that way. I hope this helps.

- Answer I have used this in many countries that have 220 and it hasn’t burned it out yet. Read the particular input parameters to verify that it can take 110-230 for your own sake.
