• A:Answer Yes, you will have to plug the device in to charge. If does offer pass-through charging but the unit may charge slower during this time. Its recommended to charge the device fully before charging your intended phone etc.

Q: QuestionThis product only seems to exist on BestBuy.com. Your website doesn't mention it at all and Google searches come up blank. Is this a Ghost product that will be unsupported and denied existence if it needs Warranty?
