“This product only seems to exist on BestBuy.com. Your website doesn't mention it at all and Google searches come up blank. Is this a Ghost product that will be unsupported and denied existence if it needs Warranty?”

I bought mine in the store. There is New version of this device out already. Probably why you won’t see it as much.
