“is there any way to tell if the Razor Plus is fully charged?”

• Supposedly it’s when all the white lights on the end are blinking or solid....im having issues with it not “turning off” when mot charging a device....

• When it's plugged into the wall or a computer and all four lights are steady, it's fully charged. When one or more of the lights is blinking, it's still charging.

• yes! you just have to shake it and 4 lights will illuminate if fully charged
