“Is this charger accepted for travel for carry-on bags at the airport?”

• It was accepted at two different airports as part of my carry-on luggage. One airport wanted to treat it as an electronic device, requiring it to be in a scanning tray with my phone. The other airport wanted it to stay in my carry-on that would be in the overhead bin on the plane.
