QuestionWhat does the button on top do exactly? It seems like my phone (Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra) will indicate that it's charging, but then stop. I press the button, it starts again, then stops. Maybe it's intentionally shutting off before it is fully charged.

- Answer Hello, Some of our devices to have pass through charging. However please note that it will charge your phone before its charges your mycharge. This will also increase charging times.
