“Has anyone experienced the sound bar turning on as it is sync with their tv, then identifies which HDMI or ARC it currently is on the show "STBY" then shuts off? I have done a hard factory reset and reconfig the setting in the tv but still nothing.”

Same issue, i am going to call nakamichi ninjas. I nktice it depends what you turn on 1st, tv or blu ray, xbox etc
