Would it work with a TV mounted on the wall? null

May have to use a step ladder to fit it around your tv.

Whether it's on a swing out Mount, or "fairly flush" to the wall, this should work. My only concern is that with a flush mounted TV it might make it difficult to install. The light saturation from behind should have some space to diffuse, as if its too close, the effect would be minimal I would think. The camera has it's own arm to mount out from the top, so you should have 5 or 6 inches of space from the ceiling as well. But the system works better than expected, and unlike the Philips system - no additional box required for the HDMI signaling.
