Sure will. The camera calibration will be a little tougher (if you plan on using Screen Mirror mode) but it'll work.

Yes this should be more than enough for the 45" wide monitor since its up to 65". It would be best to try out the lay out first before removing the sticker so you would not need to remove it after. Let us know if you have further questions :)
