• You can connect the panels from two kits together yes, I just don't think you can have two controllers in the same setup so you would need to omit the controller panel from one set. Otherwise, the panels can all be added together.

• You can connect two starter kits together, but I'm not sure why you would want to. You only need 1 control square for your whole setup. You need an additional power supply if you go beyond 25 panels.

• My understanding is yes. although they do have an extension pack that may be what you need to use. I think one power source will power 20 tiles.

• Yes the lights are very flexible and connections are easy. Comes with an extra connector to connect multiple sets.
