Yes, you can set this up with automation in the Home App on iPhone. You'd set up essentially IFTTT (If this then that) saying IF motion is detected, THEN turn on the lights. You'd also have to set up a timer or something to make them eventually turn off

There are multiple ways to control your Nanoleaf Lightstrips: with the attached Controller; with the Nanoleaf App (Turn ON/OFF, control brightness, change colors); with voice commands through Google Assistant or Siri (+ others coming soon); with Touch Actions on your Shapes or Canvas panels. Unfortunately, the motion sensor is not part of its controls yet, however with current technology being upgraded, we can have our Development team look into how we can make that magic happen!
