The Nanoleaf Matter A19 Smart LED Light Bulb requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for setup and operation. According to our official documentation, it does not support connecting to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. If your router combines both bands, try making sure your phone or device is connected to the 2.4 GHz band during pairing. Let me know if you want help checking your router setup!
