• No. What is not understand from the packaging? It's an expansion pack. Only panels and linkers. You can buy this expansion pack and then go to NanoLeaf to purchase a power cord and controller each separately, and when they are in stock.

• Hello and we are so sorry for the confusion, but the expansion pack normally not including the Controller since only the Starter Pack include the Controller and Power Supply with the Panels. Please let us know if you have further questions.
