Absolutely. In combination with hooking up to and external display, you can even set Android to desktop mode, but I'm not sure if that's practical yet. Results with different devices may vary, but all I have to do with my OnePlus 7T Pro is plug it in, and the screen mirrors on the external display.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So it depends on your phone and whether you’re trying to screen mirror, screen cast via Bluetooth and Internet or you’re just just trying to use a cable adapter. If you’re trying to use it in the cable adapter function, not the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi that would depend on whether your USB-C port is compatible with device and what I mean by that is, does your phones USB-C port support video outgoing functions
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will definitely work with a phone! I'm using it to connect my Note 20 Ultra 5G to a Insignia 'dumb' TV! That, along with a powered antenna for free/local channels, saves me a ton of money from cable/satellite bills!!! And, there are a bunch of local/free channels, no matter where you live!!!
