Would say yes as I currently use it to charge my 2020 iPad Pro.

Technically yes, BUT this cord would be total “overkill” for your needs. A simple $5-10 charging cord would be sufficient. This particular type is intended to provide a high rate of DATA TRANSFER between devices that require such capability for moving/copying data like photos, videos, and documents to another device like a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You only need a basic cord intended to simply charge/power your device.

It should as long as both connections are USB-C. The box says "Sync & charge your MacBook & any other Type-C device. However if your iPhone has a Lightning connector this cable is also available as a USB-C to Lighning connections.

As long as both the charging station and the iPhone have a usb C port then yes.
