• A:Answer Yes, you can either have the umbrella over the top of your seating area or tilt it to make a “wall” to block the sun or to add privacy. It does use a lot more room in the tilted position so you might need to rearrange a few things so it doesn’t touch things but if you have the space it shouldn’t be an issue.
