I am 5ft tall. Would I have to lean forward very much? null

My wife is 5'3" and is very comfortable when working out. The 3" difference should be no problem.

I think you'll be fine. I'm just under 5-4 and my spouse is 6ft. We both use the bike make adjustments as necessary for our comfort.
