• Every game available to foe the switch will be playable on the Switch Lite except for LABO, Mario Party, and 1,2 switch unless you buy extra joycons... So to answer your question yes it will be playable on the switch lite.. and if the demo is anything to go by it will still be 30fps

• 30 it won't be 60 until they do a pro of something thru could run 60 if there was a way to to take away some of crowd like you can on pcs that aren't up to spec
