• Same problem. Tried contacting 2k support. Still not working and 2k support has done nothing to help.

• If you purchased the physical copy (disc), try submitting the redemption codes inside the PlayStation Store (under the redeem codes tab) —- if you have already done that and are still experiencing issues, contact the PlayStation Store. But if you purchased the digital version, the issue may be with 2K, and you should contact 2K Support (as digital redemption has been an issue for some since launch).
