It was well package with an additional plastic bag, which was great because the storms in Texas to a remote ranch - were the worst in recent memory.

Even in store most of the plushies are all wrapped in plastic. Just contact them and go from there. You may have got one that was in store that was opened by a customer that wanted to check it out but did not buy it.
