Q: QuestionSo I looked at a few reviews because I was curious, and they said the figure was stiff and they needed to warm it up just to get things to fit. And other didn't fit at all, so if this was changed please tell me.

• A:Answer Normally, neca figures need to be warmed up, like running under hot water, to easily change the parts. If you're trying to change a head for a freddy or jason type figure, you really want to warm it up first or you could break the ball from the post that connects the body/head You can ignore the other answer saying nobody has it because review sites normally get things a tad early.
