• Probably not. It’s a bit heavy I think for a 2 year old. Unless he’s a strong little guy. Then maybe. Hope this helps.

• Only if you have the most extreme 2 year old ever. Otherwise I'd say 8-10. Goggles or a mask highly recommended.

• No I personally wouldn't recommend for that age maybe 5 or 6 even that age might be to young my 7 year old sometimes has issues loading it and the ball can hurt it packs a punch all nerf rival toys seem to hit hard hope that helps
