“When only heating milk the Nespresso website never says to remove the metal coil from the whisk, but 2 other reviews say to remove the metal coil if heating milk. Which is correct? I only want to heat milk with no froth. Thank you.”

It doesn't matter, the frother won't do anything if you're just heating up the milk, but there isn't a point in having it in there because you'll just have to wash that piece later anyway.
