• whole milk does. and you can use any kind of creamer in the canister. I use say creamer, coconut...and 1/2 & 1/2 ...major yummy It does a great job with all types of creamers. turn the top adjuster to the far right... enjoy

• Whole milk. I make latte and cappuccino every other day using whole milk which produces a very dense and rich foam
