Yes unless you simply create a net 10 account and put a credit card on file or bank account. I have been using a credit card. It is called easy pay so it charges you automatically and can be canceled anytime, plus it gives you a discount on all of the plans except the $20.00 one. I’ve used it for years and am very happy with it. Their online experience is excellent.
